The Next Good Step
Picture a trail reaching the top of a ridge. Behind you are the switchbacks you worked hard to climb. Ahead, the path disappears into trees. Graduation can feel like that ridge. You can see how far you have come, but not everything that comes next.
A Scout is brave. That does not mean knowing exactly where the trail leads. It means taking the next good step, even when you feel unsure. Graduation marks real work, but it is not a finish line for learning or serving. Take a quiet moment to be grateful for the people who helped you climb, and for the gifts you have been given. Then ask how those gifts can help someone else.
This week, thank one person who helped you reach a milestone, then take one brave step toward what comes next: ask a question, offer help, or try something new.
