A Tiny Fold
Imagine two grown-ups wrapping a big box. One keeps losing the end of the tape. Round and round goes the roll! The other folds a tiny flap at the end. Now there is a spot to grab. Such a small fold. Such a big help.
The Scout Law says a Scout is Helpful. That means we care about others and do good turns without looking for a prize. Helping does not have to be big or hard. Sometimes it means seeing the little thing that makes a job tricky. Then we can ask if help would be welcome. A small fix can make someone’s day easier.
This week, watch for one little job that is giving someone trouble. Ask if you can help. Then do one small thing to make it easier. You do not need a prize or a cheer to make a real difference.
